Kay Deen Patterson, the #1 Real Estate Professional in Colorado Springs area for over 35 years, passed away after a 3 year battle with breast cancer. Many mourn the loss, but her real estate legacy will be continued through her family.
The team includes Kevin Patterson, Bud Patterson and a wonderful support team.
Kevin Patterson has over 20 years of high-level sales and business experience. For the last 13 years, he has served in a variety of management positions growing the company from 30 agents to over 150 Real Estate Professionals. During a previous life as a Director of National Corporate Accounts with Marriott Corporation, he was selected by Success Magazine as one of the top sales people in the country. He is active in our community, sitting on the Board of numerous organizations.
Bud Patterson brings 29 years of real estate contract experience and agent oversight to the Team. Bud worked with Kay Deen and is very knowledgeable of her business practices. The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS named him REALTOR salesman of the Year for 1984 – a one-time honor. Because of his Real Estate knowledge he is frequently called on as an “expert witness”.
